Return Policy
Since each print is produced on demand, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me so I can help.
Processing Time
Each print is made to order. Please allow up to one week for your order to be processed and shipped.
Custom Artwork
I’m not currently accepting custom commissions, other than brand collaborations, while I work on refining my portfolio.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information. All orders ship free within the United States.
Print Club FAQ
Shipment Dates
All Print Club mailers for each month are sent out within the first week of that month. You’ll receive an email notification once that month’s mailer has shipped.
Tracking
To keep Print Club mailers affordable and accessible, they are shipped using U.S. stamps. Because of this, tracking is not available.
Cancellation & Information Changes
You can update your name, shipping address, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal.
Sign-Up Period
You must sign up during the month prior to receive the following month’s Print Club mailer. For example, all mailers purchased in June will be sent in July. Active subscriptions are charged the same amount each month.
Wait Time
Please allow up to 7 business days after that month’s shipment date (check social media the first week of each month) for US shipping, and up to 28 days for international shipping. If you still have not received your mailer, there was a chance it was lost or misplaced in transit. Please email me your name and address so we can get it sorted out!
