Hi! I’m Ellesyn Mare, an oil painter who loves capturing simple, peaceful, timeless moments on canvas.

I graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with all intentions of becoming a Genetic Counselor. As much as I loved my envisioned future, the itch to create could never fully be scratched. When God opened the door to the creative field, I full-on sprinted through it and have never looked back!

I currently work full-time as a Graphic Designer at a marketing firm, spending all of my free time painting in our spare bedroom.

I am located in Northeast Indiana, and happily married to my best friend. In the off chance I have any free time left, I can be found running, reading, watching tv, or listening to country music.
